The Workout That Takes Your Appetite

Can exercise to regulate how much they eat? New studies suggest that if you deal with the right kind of exercise, can actually change the way our body interacts with food. And this is not related to the burning of calories but with the hormones affect the exercise. Scientists from the University of Wyoming study published last year by a group of women who did jogging, walking or sitting motionless for one hour as many alternate days. At the end of each hour, the researchers took blood to measure levels of certain hormones and then lead them in a room with buffet, where they could eat whatever they wanted.     The human appetite is a complex mechanism that is driven by messages in the brain, intestines, fat cells, glands, genes and soul. However, certain hormones related to appetite, especially hireling which "opens", are known to largely determine how much we eat.

Earlier studies have shown that exercise typically increases the production of hireling - therefore women Wyoming should eat more after one hour run than what after one hour walking or immobility. However, this did not happen. As the researchers discovered, this was due to the simultaneous increase in the levels of certain hormones that cause satiety hunger. These hormones saturation identified very recently and still a
mystery to researchers. This, however, has been found is that "say" in the organization that hired enough "fuel" and should stop eating. Important levels of satiety hormones "mute" on hireling, was the conclusion of researchers who also found that neither when walking nor with immobility was similar, with the result that women consume far more calories than those that had burned.

A related study published two months ago examined the effects of mild exercise on satiety hormones. As shown, after 12 weeks of systematic jog slowly a group of overweight men and women, who tells sedentary before joining the study, began to subconsciously reduce the quantity of food consumed. Before the 12 weeks of loose jogging, the researchers did the following experiment: volunteers gave two types milkshakes, one of which contained additional artificial sweeteners in order to provide 590 calories and the other was without additional sweeteners (250 calories provided). During the days when volunteers drank milkshakes with added sweeteners ate more than they did when they drank the healthiest version. The regulation of appetite was out of control, according to the researchers.

 The Results

And then started jogging - and three months later the volunteers are fewer calories per day when drinking the milkshake thickener. "The exercise improved the body's ability to evaluate the calories has hired and adjust how many still need the rest of the day. However, not all exercises suitable for the regulation of appetite. The studies to date suggest that most effective of all is jogging - and that one must persevere for several months until they regain control of appetite, according to fitness experts.
